Operational States include Solid On for traditional scenarios and Turbo Strobe (varying frequency) for entries requiring disorientation as a force-multiplier for riot control. Mounts via industrial velcro to polycarbonate, ballistic, riot, entry and impact protection shields. Designed for use by police, SWAT, military and corrections.
