The PowerTac T1CA uses 1 CR123A battery and produces 220 lumens in Turbo mode. CR123A batteries are easily located in most home improvement stores and can be found at great prices in bulk on the internet. CR123A batteries have a shelf life of up to 10 years and don't leak, making this is a great light battery combination for emergency preparedness.

This is a great light for use around the house, the garage or on the road. Throw one in your glove box and never be without a light again. Keep one in a kitchen drawer and if the power goes out you have a great light handy. Walking the dog, getting the mail; the needs for a good, small and bright LED flashlight are endless. This light fits the bill for most of your home needs.

NOTE: This is a GREAT light; but, it is NOT well suited for law enforcement tactical applications. The light has a reverse click switch, which means you have to hear/feel the click before you get light. This is not a bad thing; this light just doesn't have a momentary function you find on many LEO lights.

Operation:

Turn on/off by fully pressing the reverse click switch (i.e. click needed to turn on).
To switch functions: Loosen the head an 1/8 a turn and tighten to cycle to the next function. Firefly,
Low, Medium, High, and Strobe in repeating sequence. The light has mode memory, and retains the last setting used.
